About Flowit

We are your partners in tackling
the following challenges:

  • increasing work efficiency;
  • digitising business processes;
  • implementing technology for business purposes;
  • automating repetitive work processes;
  • increasing the efficiency of existing IT solutions;
  • software development

We have more than 10 years of experience in improving software quality and automating business processes.

Flowit was launched in Estonia in 2007 as a subsidiary of the publicly traded Swedish company Knowit AB. Initially, we primarily offered software quality services to export markets. Our first big clients were Unibet and Aristocrat Lotteries.

Most extensive experience in software quality

In 2010, we focused on the Estonian market. Our service portfolio was expanded with software development and application management services. Our main projects were the development and management of Vodafone’s Italy-based integration system, quality management for the core system of the Estonian Central Register of Securities, compilation of technical documentation and test automation for Sertifitseerimiskeskus AS (SK ID Solutions), and pre-analysis, development project quality management and testing of the voting system of the Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament).

Flowit’s team consists of more than 20 experienced consultants, including 8 certified test managers. We have more experience in software quality and RPA than any other company in Estonia

In 2012, our company came under the management of Andres Aavik, who has been directing Flowit’s operations to this day. We carried out a number of major telecommunications development and management projects, such as the development of Tele Greenland’s core system, and the development and management of a billing system for TeliaSonera’s subsidiary Sergel Kredittjänster. We partnered with Telia group companies in Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, providing them with test management, software release management and coordination, and test automation services.

First RPA service provider on the Estonian market

In 2015, we primarily focused on Estonian private sector clients. Our first RPA (robotic process automation) pilot project was ordered by Tele2.
In 2016, we expanded our test automation operations with process automation services.
In 2017, we shifted our primary focus to the field of RPA.

Flowit is based on Estonian capital.

In 2018, our CEO Andres Aavik and our business development manager Juhan-Madis Pukk bought out the company from the Swedish-owned Knowit AB group and adopted a new company name: Flowit Estonia OÜ. Thus Knowit became Flowit. An 100% Estonian company.

AHK Baltic therefore has more than 30 employees in three locations: Tallinn (Estonia), Riga (Latvia) and Vilnius (Lithuania), that gather and share the knowledge about the companies and possible cooperation.
