The project management software created for K-projekt simplifies the entire project management process by allowing task assignments to employees, planning key stages on a timeline and providing project-wide statistics, helping to keep the project within scope and budget. The software covers all essential stages of project management, from creating quotes to logging and billing work hours, meanwhile ensuring that all goals and tasks are met during the project.
Before the this software, multiple tools were used to manage a project, including Excel, a basic intranet and a separate software for logging work hours. Due to the use of different softwares there was insufficient overview of project management.
Our created software allows the company to consolidate all necessary activities into one standard environment, thereby avoiding the loss of important information and improving company-wide processes.
